Asked Questions
Q: When is payment due for my session?
A: Your session fee is due the day of your session.
Q: Is there a deposit due when I pick up my proofs?
A: Yes. We require a $100.00 Deposit when you take your proofs from our studio,
which is then applied to your order. If you have an order under $100.00,
the difference is refunded to you.
Q: When do I need to have my order paid for?
A: When your order is placed, we first take the $100.00 deposit off of your
balance, and half of the remaining balance is required at that time. When
you pick up your completed order, the rest of the balance is due.
Q: How long does it take to get proofs back?
A: It takes about two weeks, and we notify you by phone when they are ready.
Q: How long does it take to get a completed order after the time
it is placed?
A: It takes about 4-6 weeks, and we notify you by phone when it is ready.
Q: What about retouching?
A: Facial retouching is included with all finished portraits. Moles are removed
by request only. Basic facial retouching does not correct hair, clothing,
facial shine, or dental work. However, these things can be done at an additional
charge.
Q: What about glass glare?
A: It can be corrected for a one time charge per negative. Minor corrections
are $30.00 per negative; major corrections are $45.00 per negative. We
recommend that you ask your optometrist to lend you a pair of empty frames
in the same style as yours to avoid glass glare.
